Very Good Lives: The Fringe Benefits of Failure and the Importance of Imagination

Very Good Lives: The Fringe Benefits of Failure and the Importance of Imagination - J.K. Rowling, Joel Holland I have not read any of the Harry Potter books, but I saw this mentioned in Book Pages that the library has and took this out from there. It's a quick read, and I love what she had to say about wanting to do nothing but write and that was the way out of poverty for her. She had to write to survive and that gave her the freedom to pursue what she really wanted to do. We should all be so lucky to pursue our dreams with the drive and determination and discipline she learned to hone to perfection.
